The pricing information at this web site is for the exclusive use by
Falcon Direct customers and Partners. These products and the
listed prices are not available to the general public. Access to
this page is only available to those who have used a valid Login and
Password for entry. If you are an invited visitor to this page,

However, all orders are subject to approval by Falcon Direct. Orders
can be placed on line using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and
VISA by individuals or by corporate, governmental or institutional

Honeywell Batteries
There are several reasons for
purchasing Honeywell batteries from Falcon Direct. We won't go into the
details as to why we have selected Honeywell as our battery provider at this

In addition, we will show you how to legally and properly dispose of depleted
batteries at absolutely no cost to you. In addition, we offer a free
service whereby we will automatically notify you when it is time to replace your
batteries. And, if that wasn't enough, we offer a financial contribution

Motorola Radios
Motorola produces different types of
radios for different users and applications. The FRS and GMRS models
primarily marketed under the Talkabout and Spirit names are for personal
consumer use. We do not offer these radios since our focus is generally
restricted to serving the needs of corporate, institutional, and governmental
users. The Radius family of products is probably the best known of
Motorola's communications products. These are reasonably priced radios
capable of meeting a variety of requirements and suitable for the majority of
applications. Prices tend to be very competitive since these products can
be offered for nationwide distribution by a large number of competing dealers.
Falcon Direct is one of a select few who has earned entry into the exclusive
Motorola Pinnacle Club. In simple terms, we sell in high volume.
This allows us to buy at the maximum discounts and we pass these savings on to
you. In addition, we make a financial contribution to your affiliated
association for every radio and accessory purchased from Falcon Direct. We
do not recommend every Radius model, only those that we have chosen to meet the
specific needs of those we serve.
Professional grade radios are
generally the favored choice for industrial and public safety users who vitally
depend on reliable communications. Prices will tend to be a little higher
than Radius models but this is generally offset by advanced user features.
Motorola dealers are contractually restricted to selling within a specified
territory or to customers who have chosen to deal with a particular dealer
regardless of location. The reason for this is to assure the best post
sale service possible and to reduce some of the fraudulent practices common to
direct mail and Internet marketing. As in the case of Radius radios, we do
not offer every professional grade model. Instead, we have chosen the one
product family that allows our customers to use common replacement batteries,

AVL and GPS
Today's technology allows you to use
automatic vehicle location system at a fraction of the cost of just a few years
ago. Whether your needs are for administration, enhanced safety for your
officers, or criminal surveillance, we have a solution just for you! Two
of the products of special interest for law enforcement use is the Travel
Eyes2, a self contained device that can tract a vehicle for up to 300 hours
of driving time (it cuts itself off automatically when the vehicle stops).
All activity is recorded - stops, speed, and location. The Travel Eyes2
requires no complicated installation or physical wiring. All data can be
quickly downloaded to any WINDOWS type PC. Serial cable and maps included
for just $329.
Real time AVL is also now available
using a system called Trackit. This is an Internet based real time
tracking system that automatically sends location information every hour (15
minute intervals optionally available). With an equipment cost of only
$675 plus a simple installation, and a monthly charge of only $20, you can equip
your entire fleet. There are two office systems available - web client for
$399 that uses a high speed Internet connection and a free web browser service.
You also have the ability to query a vehicle at any time for an immediate
location report for a small additional charge. Additional information on

The Library
This is the place where you will
find information that is unavailable no where else! If you've been
thinking about installing a repeater, in-car, mountaintop, or elsewhere, we have
useful information on all types of repeaters in simple, easy to understand

Selecting the right base station,
mobile, or handheld radio is not an easy task, particularly when a prospective

Product Service
The way service has always been may
not be the best or most efficient way today! Back in the 40's the milkman
came to your home. In the 50's the radio and TV repairman came to your
home. In the 60's Motorola service technicians came to your business,
along with IBM, NCR, and Xerox. That was great! Gas was 30 cents a
gallon, a good service van was around $3,500 and a labor rate of $10 per hour
was right on up there. Test equipment and parts inventory costs were
minimal. Insurance wasn't a problem and small business was rarely involved
