Greetings!
Running
a successful business is not all about capitalism,
commerce, and beating your competition. There is
no such thing as separating business principals
from spiritual principals. It's about doing our
best and GIVING as a part of what we do. We call
this a stewardship ministry. We didn't invent the
term. We give credit to that to our friend Bobby
Hancock of Shared Church Services (SCS).
Most
people don't realize that huge mega retailers such
as Best Buy and Circuit City reduce their cost by
combining their order volume through purchasing
cooperatives. This concept has now been introduced
to over 600 churches by SCS who is helping
churches save money on thousands of everyday items
ranging from janitorial supplies to office
copiers.
The
stewardship ministry concept is very simple. SCS
negotiates better pricing on behalf of their
members. These savings are passed on to the
membership from suppliers such as Office Depot,
Sysco Food Services, and now - Falcon Direct! The
cost of operating SCS is paid by a participating
vendors and a small church membership fee. The
bottom line is that YOU SAVE MONEY!
